This is based on a true story. We did watch “The Count of Monte Cristo” and I did comment how I would like to read that book. Jazz was into getting the unabridged version of books because he was a book nerd and enjoyed that sort of thing – reading more. But me? Well, I used to enjoy reading but never to that level.

When he gave me the book, I had never owned such a thick book before. Needless to say, I still haven’t read it. I’m not so intimidated by big books anymore but I found the unabridged version not that entertaining. I might give it another try one of these days.
